Treehouse ACTUAL-BUILDING workshop in Maine! August 17/18 2024

 PALERMO, MAINE, here we come! 

Limited to 20 people- don't snooze on this one! FULLY HANDS ON- FULLY FUN!!! Build a Treehouse with us in the woods of Maine! You are welcome to camp on site too and can arrive Friday night if you'd like for a meet and greet and initial tutorial and some campfire fun. 

Hosted by Derek "Deek" Diedricksen, former HGTV host of "Tiny House Builders", and author of several design books including the bestseller "Micro Shelters"

Note: These workshops are for ANY skill level (we have multiple hosts to help)- even for those who have NEVER built before. This is an 18+ event too, BUT with waivers we can perhaps make exceptions for those younger (with an adult attending as well). 

We'll cover- Framing basics, building a proper base, stair construction, the ins and outs of treehouse design, space efficiency, tool choice and use, concrete work, and there will be a heavy emphasis on creative use of salvaged and reused materials (how to save LOTS of money with your build, while infusing character and individuality into your treehouse). 

We've been teaching these workshops for 14 years now- across the US and in other countries. You're in good hands.
